Leslie Lott will speak at The Florida Bar 2007 Midyear Meeting on January 19, 2007, at the Hyatt Regency Miami. Her presentation, "I.P. Rocks: Intellectual Property and the Entertainment Business" will address the intellectual property of band names, and what happens to the names when the bands have broken up.

Leslie spoke about the latest developments in trademark and trade dress law at the Law Education Institute's National CLE conference, which was held January 5-10, 2007 in Snowmass Village, in Aspen, Colorado.
